My husband went there from the hospital. He was bright and talkative. He went down rapidly when he went to Bayview. Day after day he sat in a darkened room in a chair with his head hanging, till I got there. There were dirty wet towels in the shower for three days. The food was always cold, while outside the door the help chatted. One day he didn't even get a meal. He had to ask for something.
