To the staff of Bayview Rehabilitation, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care my father Robert (June 2025) received during his stay in rehab. Your team professionalism, kindness and attention to detail were truly remarkable and made a difficult time more bearable for my dad and family. I also want to thank physical & occupational therapy staff, for all your work, helping my dad. The only complaint is dinner menu. Thank you we will use Bayview Rehabilitation again

My mother went in for rehab with a broken femur doctors plan anywhere between six and eight weeks of rehab. After seeing this facility in two weeks, I pulled my mom out of me immediately. I don’t know why they call themselves rehab. They may spend 20 minutes if that a day. The staff would have her laying in her own feces for extended periods of time. They put a catheter and they’re out of convenience. It took me a week to get him to pull it out and she ended up with an infection. The food was ridiculous. I’ll put in a photo ... read more

Choosing a nursing or rehabilitation facility for an aging family, member can be a difficult and emotional decision.
