I had a terrible experience at Bayview Nail studio. I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. When asked what I would like done I communicated I would like to have my nail tips removed, and a gel manicure with chrome. The older lady got agitated with me saying chrome is not gel. I said ok, I would like the chrome finish. She continued to get increasingly agitated with me and went in circles and getting upset with me in front of the other two employees and two customers (not busy at all). Andy does an amazing job Every single time.He never disappoints.I always take a picture for reference and he nails it every time.The staff there is amazing!

Bayview nail studio has been my nail place for a few months now. Andy is my nail tech and he always makes my nails look amazing. This is the first time I got French tips and they look amazing! The way he does them makes sure they will be perfect. The nail shop is very beautiful and clean. All the staff is very friendly.
