Good customer service, good service, good prices
Today we took my baby to see the pediatric side of the office as a new patient. We went to see Dr. Liliana and my son just turned two years old. We are new to the area and wanted to get his MMR vaccine done. His vaccines are not all up-to-date and we needed to catch up on them as well. The staff was very rude and argumentative trying to say that we had to take FIVE vaccines in one day. I have been extremely impressed with my experience at this practice thus far. The front desk staff are extremely courteous and responsive to my needs. The nursing staff are also the same. Melissa has been my nurse both times, and she has an extremely pleasant demeanor. The doctors are very attentive to the patient's needs, and take the time to understand your concerns. Dr. Arias is an excellent physician. I drive from Land O Lakes to Bradenton to see him. I have been a patient for many years.
