I have been coming to this practice for several years.. Calls are routinely unanswered, and when I raised this concern, the nurse accused me of lying. When I offered to provide proof, she became hostile and hung up. I ultimately went in person to sign a release and obtain my records so I can move on to a professional provider. While I’ve respected the doctor in the past, his defensiveness toward unprofessional staff has only made matters worse. This clinic has serious issues and shows no willingness to address them.”
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from this office. My insurance company had approved a wellness check; however, the office refused to accept it without providing a clear explanation. When I attempted to discuss the matter further, the staff was dismissive and ultimately hung up on me. Good customer service, good service, good prices
Today we took my baby to see the pediatric side of the office as a new patient. We went to see Dr. Liliana and my son just turned two years old. We are new to the area and wanted to get his MMR vaccine done. His vaccines are not all up-to-date and we needed to catch up on them as well. The staff was very rude and argumentative trying to say that we had to take FIVE vaccines in one day.
