I have lived here for 16 years and love living here. There is assigned parking so I can come home late and have parking. It is a gated apartment. The two bedrooms have two full baths, washer and dryer and a deck with storage. I would highly recommend this place. I have lived in Des Moines most of my life and love the area. There are trails to walk on just across the street the post office next door and a Safeway within walking distance.
The worst place I have ever lived. The management targets who they want. The tenants can park wherever they want and never get towed. Tenants can do whatever they want and they only target certain people. Never the ones who are actually doing what is wrong. Do not move here unless you want to be a target for nastiness from management. They also never fix anything and the cockroaches are insane because neighbors don't throw away their trash and they leave it on their decks. PLEASE DON RENT HERE live here for the last 2 years and since I got here the ceiling leaks when it rains and the kitchen faucet is not working properly the heaters works for 10 minutes and stop and won't work again the hot water last 5 minutes(no hot water).... on top of that AIRPLANES don't let you sleep we are in the landing track so you never going to rest ""PLEASE DON'T LEAVE HERE DO IT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY"" please don't make the same mistake that I did just trying to leave.
