We’ve had a fantastic experience with Bayview Mall Veterinary Clinic, from the very first day we brought our brand-new puppy there in 2020 to today. Milo was quite ill for several weeks, and our initial veterinarian, Dr. Mamoudy, worked tirelessly with us over the following months to find a treatment that finally worked. Very disappointing experience. I clearly explained that my cat was nt feeling well and needed care, but I was told they were too busy and that I had to wait until next week for an appointment. Despite knowing that my cat was suffering, they did not seem to take the situation seriously or offer any helpful alternative. She was had a very bad attitude and was rude on the phone by the way. I understand that veterinary clinics can be busy, but completely dismissing a pet in pain and making the owner wait several days is unaccept... read more
