Reception staff was very poor, they would rather look at their phones than receive customers. One of the vets didn’t seem to know what she was doing then went on vacation when I was expecting lab results. Couldn’t get through to anyone, seemed like an annoyance to them yet spent $1000s.
UPDATE OCTOBER 2025 - STILL 5 STARS! We continue to be so impressed with the level of care at Bayview Mall Vet Clinic. Our dog can be quite reactive under stress, but the entire team always approaches her with incredible patience and understanding. Whether it’s an exam, vaccines, or bloodwork, they take the time to move at her pace until she’s comfortable enough to receive care.
