Dr Schwab is really hard to get an appt with, but when you do, rest assure you're in the most competent hands there is. As for that nurse practitioner, OMG I will never ever go back to her,. she is arrogant and has no clue about how diagnose and treat sick patients.The nurse Debbie is outstanding too
Mother inlaw was treated very rudely by the woman at the front desk. No greetings, very short in any questions asked. Not a pleasant experience
Very impossible to get an appointment,and when you finally get an appointment you can guarentte you will be sitting for no less than a 2 hour wait.VERY POOR customer service at best.
If I could I would give this place "zero" stars because they don't even deserve the one star I am required to give! I went here to get tested back in January and I spoke to a doctor she looked Indian, short, black hair, I forgot her name. Anyway, I went to get tested here because my doctor sent me here because I kept testing false-positive. When I spoke to the Indian lady about it and she asked me questions which she felt that I didn't need to be tested.
