I was with this doctor when she was at cachet, she left and opened this clinic. After a little while she told me that I should look for another doctor because I don’t speak Chinese.
I don’t mean to be cruel, but in the past the receptionists that used to work there would respond to my emails. I know it is extremely busy, but my urgent emails go completely unanswered, unchecked. What’s the point of advertising your email? My family doctor there was disappointed that I did not come in sooner due to my urgent situation- but unfortunately no one gets back to me. They encouraged me to come into the office to book instead amd be a little more pushy with the receptionists- but I don’t want to make a scene just... read more
Worst admin and receptionist as other 1 star comments have already stated that
Edit: it's been a year and I've switched family doctors & clinic since. Much happier now! Avoid a clinic with multiple receptionists at the front desk, that seems to be a business rather than healthcare with these type of clinic. Phone doesn't take a message, online booking system won't let you book certain types of appointments. Receptionists always rude. If I have a choice for family doctors, I'd definitely not go to this clinic.
