We had a blood test arranged through this clinic for external lab processing. My son had three tubes of blood taken after waiting several weeks for an appointment. Later we were informed one sample was “not received / not found” and the test had to be repeated. When we asked for written clarification, none was provided and we were only advised my son to repeat the blood draw in a short period of time. I saw Dr. Regina Chung-Man Lo four or five times for BV over a period of five months. Every time, she told me it was nothing serious and that it would get better in a few days. She prescribed both oral and intravaginal antibiotics, but the infection never improved. At my last visit, she told me to just ignore it. Later, for an unrelated issue, I was referred to a gynecologist, who told me that my BV should never have been left untreated and that my condition was actually quite serious. This place had changed over the years. It has changed for the better. I go here to see my family physician. Dr. Lo is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I do not feel rushed during my visits with her. The staff at the front counter are nice as well. Once you arrive, there's not much of a wait (max 10 mins). The reason why I gave 4 stars is because when booking an appt, the next availability is always almost 4 weeks away, which can be frustrating.
