tried to contact them to replace a glass in my front door, it took 5 days for them to get back to me for a price, so went to guardian glass instead.
Installed a new glass window and it is now leaking. They don't answer the phone half the time and staff don't return emails. Whoever the girl is that answers the phone, very rude. We accepted the quote and it says that they will call you to collect deposit within a few business days. Did not hear from anyone for two weeks and had to call to check in and give a deposit, she would not accept it until a separate acceptance email was sent? Really bad business organization..
