I requested this company to go out to a property to repair 2 windows because the window wouldn't stay up. The guy went out gave an awesome quote and said he had to order the parts. He said he would be out to fix the window in about 2 weeks. The owner called him in 2 weeks and he said he had to order the parts and would be out to fix them in another 2 weeks. I called and texted him during this time and he would never answer. I called him from a different number a couple of times he answered. He doesn't get to the appointments... read more

Rob was absolutely great. Fixed a stuck window that we had been dealing with for quite some time. Plan to use them again for our future window / glass projects.
