Same experience as Nicole below, first I had a phone call (Supposed to be a consultation) with the doctor (Who was on speaker, so I guess he was doing something else at the same time), 3 minutes phone call, 2 questions from the doctor and he charged me $375... The procedure helped me a lot. I also was grateful that he recommended me for further testing. However his office staff are so rude and threatening. They told me I wouldn't be able to to see my test results until I paid a late fee. Excuse me? I will pay a late fee there is no need to act like I won't. For every other doctor I have been to when I go in person they tell me the balance I owe and I pay it in person. They are threatening that the balance will go up if I do not pay by 5 pm. Not impressed.

This doctor told me if I want help to go to the ER. I wish I had looked at his reviews prior to going to him for help. He’s more interested in the women working for him than he is with his patients. Trash
surprise surprise another “doctor” in santa cruz that profits off meds-cal/medicare patients without actually helping them in any way.
