I have been a patient of Dr. Erfanfar for many years.Today I had a very upsetting experience with his clinic’s receptionist. I called to book an appointment for myself and asked if they also accept walk-in patients, because my 16-year-old son is not a patient there yet. The receptionist said they only see registered patients, which I completely understood. I told her that’s fine and to just book the appointment for me only. This place never pick up their phone. I rarely see anyone on their phone while I am there yet each time i call i got to call a million times and i might get an answer.
