I have been a patient of Dr. Erfanfar for many years.Today I had a very upsetting experience with his clinic’s receptionist. I called to book an appointment for myself and asked if they also accept walk-in patients, because my 16-year-old son is not a patient there yet. This place never pick up their phone. I rarely see anyone on their phone while I am there yet each time i call i got to call a million times and i might get an answer.
I've been seeing Dr. Erfanfar for a few years now and can confidently say that he is one of the best family physicians around. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but he also has a warm and caring bedside manner that puts me at ease every time I visit his office.
