Mary the nurse is so rude tell me Dr outta town until 28th today is 13 th I'll b out of meds n 2 days been on meds for 10 years she says better call er don't know what to tell u I'm having a panic attack and suffer from depression

The receptionist, Mary, hung up on me twice when I called. She is very rude and doesn't know how to speak to the general public. Not sure how the doctors or people she works under feel about this, but it seems it doesn't bother them seeing as though she still works there.

On April 4, 2022 (Monday) at 9:15 am I Went to the clinic to do a exam exam for the **. I walked in the 1st set of double doors and Was yelled at by 2 ladies "that I need a mask." I asked if they had a mask I could have because I didn't have any I just traveled 35 miles from ******** ********. They yell back at me said "we don't have masks for the general public". As I was at my last appointment at Bayview Family Clinic, I was made to feel like I was an addict. First of all, I called to confirm my appointment before I got there, then when I got there, there was no trace of my appointment. I was seen, but only after being made felt like I was a delusional addict who didn't know what I was talking about.
