DO NOT BOOK HERE! We booked and paid for 2 rooms 5 months in advance for the F1. 3 weeks before the booking we recieve an email saying that due to a government contract extension they will be cancelling our booking. No attempt was made to find us alternate accomodation except recommending 2 other hotels via email.. both of which were booked out! Im still waiting for a phone call from the booking manager to explain!! We are now left trying to find accomodation 2 weeks from a major event! Save yourself the trouble and book ano... read more

The Grand Hotel. Professional friendly service. Excellent meals. Fantastic views of Albert Park. I'll keep coming back.

DONT EVEN BOTHER!!!!! Booked and paid for 2 rooms 5 months before a major event. Only to have reservations cancelled 2 1/2 weeks before the event!!!!! Leaving us with no accommodation and very little options. Management then told us they would organise an internal transfer to another hotel only to receive an email 3 days later with 2 hotel options that we had to ring and organise ourselves, only to find out that they were fully booked anyway. Absolutely appalling!!!!!!

I stayed here for a while and it was an incredible experience. The staff are very friendly, lovely, and approachable. The food was delicious, the rooms were always clean and well presented, and the amenities provided a fantastic place to work/unwind. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone and I look forward to coming back here again in the future.
