I had a fully wonderful experience from start to finish. The doctor is concise experienced and thorough. My cousin recommended them to me and highly recommend them to you.
Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Berry and his entire staff. He made me feel at ease for my daughter’s first surgery! He thoroughly answered all of my questions and his surgical staff, pre op, and post op nurses were amazing to my daughter. I highly recommend!
I had a GREAT experience with the entire staff, given the circumstances. I was recommended to Dr. Murell by a friend. Dr. Murell corrected a previous surgery I had done and has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and the post-op issues I have had. None of the post op issues were related to the doctor. Within two weeks of my CT and scoping, we were in surgery. He was very quick at getting me in. He was very attentive.
5 stars! I’ve had an ear infection for over 2 weeks. I had been to Patient First multiple times and my symptoms were not getting better. After calling 4 practices in VB/Norfolk that told me I couldn’t be seen until APRIL OR MAY, I called Bayview and they were able to schedule me within 2 days…I almost cried. The front desk staff and the tech/nurse who took me to the back and got my BP and weight were very nice, but the doctor was very dismissive and somewhat rude. He did his exam quickly and explained to me that there’s pretty much nothing wrong with me and dismissed the extra questions I had with “if you don’t buy it you can go get a second opinion” and “I’ve been doing this for a few years” very condescendingly.
