After the last two visits, our experience has been consistently disappointing. On both occasions, we waited close to an hour past our appointment time, and on one occasion our appointment was changed with no notice. We were also contacted repeatedly by phone. Unfortunately, friends we referred to the clinic experienced the same issue and were contacted excessively, which they found uncomfortable. Due to these ongoing issues with scheduling and communication, we will be finding a new dental clinic.
Only have praise for Dr Akhil and his team. I started the journey to get a implant over a year ago and finished it today. The professionalism of the team coupled with Dr Akhil’s cheerful nature and outstanding skills and knowledge , have made the process seamless. At both Joondalup and Bayview I dealt with friendly staff who went out of the way to assist at every visit and stage. Happy with the end result. Thanks !
I had my first appointment with Hayley and she was amazing. She understood my situation and gave me treatment that would help me in the long run! The nurse and the receptionist were super friendly, and they really took care of me, definitely recommend:)
I would highly recommend Bayview Dental. I attended for a checkup & scale/clean, and was seen by Hayley. All of the staff were extremely welcoming, and made me feel at ease. Hayley clearly explained every procedure being conducted and the purpose behind it, whilst also being kind and regularly checking in to make sure I was comfortable.
