The management here is garbage. They don't know how to manage the HOA. Especially manager the old guy name Jerry is totally useless and never take any responsibility as a manager, rude, unprofessional. We pay so much for HOA and there were just recently the special assessment that we have to pay additional. In the return we get all frequently broken elevator, fire alarm system, plumbing problem and so on. In the past with previous management were great but this team must go retire because they are useless.
Was here for a delivery and really nice people here who noticed I was carrying a lot of groceries who help me get through door and let me in elevator first. They were also suuuper kind in directing me to my floor. Such a great view as well!
