I’m extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by my experience at this dealership. During my test drive, I clearly pointed out that the brakes were jerking and shaking when pressed. The salesman assured me the vehicle had passed their inspection “according to their internal standards.” I trusted their word because this is supposed to be a reputable dealership but that trust was a huge mistake.
