This review is for Expert Oil Change...Pennzoil...recently acquired by Bayview. All they did was change the oil and filter and check my turn signals and lights. I paid for full service....almost $100. They did not check my washer fluid, tire pressure, transmission fluid level, air filter, wipers, etc. like the receipt says they did. Not going back!!
We had to have the A/C compressor replaced in our car before a road trip in August. Bayview was excellent at communicating promptly and got us in quickly for repairs to be completed. They also worked with us to make sure we were able to afford the repair.
We were visiting from out of town and our mother’s van was making a strange noise. They took it in right away on a Sunday and fixed it within less than 24 hours! Pleasant to work with and affordable!
As female who knows little about cars and drives a high mileage vehicle, I felt very comfortable and grateful for the service they provided. They were professional with keeping me up to date with my repairs and up front about the costs. High recommend. I wasn’t planning on having them do the work, but as I was paying to leave I noticed their awards for customer service and now under why. Also, I was really only in contact with Brandon and he was great.
Beware Hidden Price For Inspection!! ($115-135) Be sure to EXPLICITLY ASK for Yes/No to inspection and ask for price for Inspection because they don't have it posted in the walkway / office. I personally knew everything wrong with my car already, it states on their wall anything over $50 is a written statement BEFOREHAND. But they asked for my consent AFTER they already charged me for Inspection (WHICH I DIDNT UNDERSTAND WAS HAPPENING) There was a clear miscommunication and I refuse to believe I had all the information prior... read more
