Michael and Dan do a fantastic job of renting and selling quality bicycles in a customer friendly and extremely helpful way. I just bought a Specialized Como electric bike from them. Michael (in spite of an extremely busy Labor Day Saturday) managed to get my bike put together and optimized in time to call me so I could pick it up before they closed, knowing that I wanted to use it that weekend. Love this bike shop!!! Michael & Dan are extremely knowledgeable. They did a tuneup and it was like getting a new bike, changed out a few things and It rides smoother than when it was new! This bike shop has everything you need and if they don't they will get it for you. We are lucky to have such a great bike shop on Whidbey.
The service is excellent and work is always done well. I recommend the shop to anyone.
