Never book here again, I didn't book it but my partner did, the rooms were full of dust in an around ceiling fans, blinds, lamps etc, bathrooms were disgusting as the vents were also full of dust, the aircon we couldn't use because it was filthy, will never stay in this filthy herendous place again... Hire some real cleaners, blimin amatuers....

We stayed here recently and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was fantastic, so close to the beach and shopping centre,s too. The bonus is its not far from the theme parks. A bit more relaxed than Surfers Paradise. The facilities were great and the manager was very helpful too.

This place is DISGUSTING the floors were sticky, pubes and hair everywhere in all bathroom, the floors were sticky and everything was nasty. We found a pair of underwear in the wardrobe from the people that stayed here before us. (clearly not cleaned properly) the shower had hairs and pubes once again. There was piles of dust everywhere. The plates were shoved everywhere and the fridge wasn’t plugged in so we had all our food/drinks go warm. The bed sheets were outdated and everything was just shoved. No space at all

Booked here by mistake thinking it was Bayview Waters Apartments (where I usually stay)! Thegrounds are well kept and the pool area is gorgeous. The little cove the building looks over has a lovely atmosphere. The units are big and ours had a good view, but it was filthy. The sticky surfaces and grubby walls were really disappointing (and disgusting). The staff were really nice and its a shame because this place could be nice. For now I'll stick with Bayview Waters down the road though.
