The biggest disappointment about living here hasn't been the building itself, it's been the management and their ability to address concerns. Over the course of our tenancy, every concern we raised, from simple issues like poor lobby temperature control in the summers to serious security incidents, were handled the same way: listen to the complaint, offer an excuse, and move on without fixing the problem. I have been living at Bayview for nearly four years now, and it has been the most wonderful four years I’ve experienced — even more enjoyable than the seven years I spent downtown. The entire staff — my friends Lidia, Ina, Mark, and Aryo — are truly exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond to keep the building clean, comfortable, safe, and beautiful.
