It was very nice and had friendly service.
Defends and protects their clients! ❤
Honestly, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. You can tell when staff is treated well because they treat customers well. I actually saw a customer through an hissy fit when I was in there and I was amazed at how calm, cool, professional and nice the woman stayed. Oh—and my pup loved Dr Zelinski. I’ve definitely found a new home for Maggie.
Fantastic experience with Birdie grooming my doodle. Today was our first appointment with her and I was impressed by the detailed consultation she provided to confirm our preferences for the haircut. Birdie also has a very calming presence that was a great fit for my sometimes anxious pup.
