I called and they were able to fit me in right away. The staff and the doctor were professional, treated my girl gently as she was scared, and understood my financial limitations. I have former vet tech experience and I am impressed with the care and compassion that was shown by Dr. M and vet tech Lauren. The receptionist was very pleasant on the phone and in person. And the young woman that took the sample I had brought in was also helpful.
Everyone here is so awesome and kind. I had so many questions and both Angela and Shelby were so patient, helpful and compassionate! Thank you Bay View for taking care of my baby girl!
Had a wonderful experience with Bayview! They were very accommodating with an emergency we had with our dog the day we were leaving town. Everyone is friendly and the prices are reasonable.
