It was our first time there with our cats and they truly make you feel welcome. The doctor and vet tech were amazing with my resistant cats and treated them as if they were their own. I was impressed by the cleanliness as well as the decor. They even have hand-drawn art on their whiteboards! Dr. Z was very exceptional and thorough. I’ve visited Bayview now twice for my two cats, smoke & storm. Both times, the staff was warm, welcoming, and had seen me on time. Both the tech & vet, Isiah and Dr. Vega were very sweet, thorough, compassionate and did a great job explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed or felt I just another appointment. Bonus for being open on Saturdays too!
We really needed a trusted vet that is a family & pet oriented service over dollars on the south side of St Pete (all unlike the ‘other’ local vet). My fur babies and I feel like family in every way when we arrive to see Dr Vega and his staff; no task or request is too small or big. There are no hidden costs and they are really great with sometimes difficult animals or human schedules. Even the other parent pets are friendly when we are all coming and going.
