Love their laid back atmosphere! Knut and Jane were extremely accommodating in answering all of our questions, even though we are not yet ready to purchase a Softub until down the road. They were more than happy to answer all of our questions about maintenance and spent as much time as we needed in comparing the Softubs to our current inflatable tub (spoiler alert: the Softub is a massive upgrade!) Looking forward to seeing them again down the road when we are ready to ‘take the plunge’ so to speak :-)

Can't say enough great thing about this company, I went there completely lost as what exactly we needed to do. Jane even gave me her cell number which we exchanged many pictures until we got the chemicals right. They told us EXACTLY what we needed to do. Such an awesome company.
We recently purchased a SoftTub from Baytubs in Mahone Bay! We have experienced nothing but exceptional customer service from the business owners with selecting, purchasing and set up of the tub. They have been extremely patient with us learning the chemical care of a SoftTub, answering any questions and instructing us what to treat the tub with. Jane and Knut have made this experience wonderful and looking forward to tubing with our new SoftTub!
We purchased our SoftTub in May of 2021 I'm in it just about every evening, no matter the weather. During the warmer months (April to October), we keep the tub on the open part of our deck, under the sky and stars. During the colder months, we move the tub to the part of the deck that is under a large 10' x 12' gazebo. This allows us to enjoy the tub year-round, even in really bad weather.
