Erica, the owner, was amazing! She was professional, beyond helpful, and truly went above and beyond. Our visit to Baytowne Bridal was an incredible experience on the path of wedding planning and she is obviously an expertise in the trade of wedding gowns. I truly recommend this business if you’re looking for an incredible wedding dress!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this bridal boutique! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth, genuine care, and an incredible selection of dresses. Natalie was truly exceptional — she made me feel like the only bride in the world, listening carefully to what I wanted and offering thoughtful advice. They made the entire process of finding my dream dress so much fun and stress-free!

The experience I had a Baytowne Bridal was good and bad : The girl helping us was so nice and she tried to understand my concerns and tried her best to help me. The place was clean and had a good atmosphere… BUT I had to pay a deposit to even book an appointment, understandable - but after booking my appointment they sent me a link to tell them about my vision for my wedding day, etc. in this form they asked for my dress sizes and since I had already tried on wedding dresses, I knew what size fit me. I had the most amazing time at Baytowne Bridal! The attentiveness to detail and making me feel my absolute best was unmatched! I felt so comfortable, relaxed and taken care of for the entirety of my appointment. and found my DREAM DRESS !!
