BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I ordered 4 rainwater barrels for our school that took a long period of time to arrive to our site - be mindful that shipping fees were $249 for each barrel that cost $429 each. That being said, one of the barrels was defective and leaked water (see pic) just below the opening tube. I sent them an email to find out what we should do with the barrel. This company sent me used items. When I emailed them with pics Max in sales pointed the finger at myself and FedEx. He didn’t apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, nor did he mention a refund process of any kind. Max in sales is willing to take zero responsibility for the error. I will never shop at baytec again.
I don't know if it's because of tough economic times, but Baytec Containers has not fulfilled my order . I ordered over 700 dollars worth of rain barrells back on Oct 12, 2021. I was suppose to receive the barrels by Nov 12th 2021. I corresponded with their sales staff by email and was informed that they were waiting for their shipper to send them a tracking number.
