My partner and I were furious and frankly quite disgusted with the staff at our appointment last year. Not only were we waiting for 25 minutes, when we finally got to see the vet he made us extremely uncomfortable. He asked questions regarding our dogs breeder and lineage that had absolutely no relevance, never had anyone asked about that before, that’s none of his business nor does it matter. The team at Bayswater Vets have been incredible with my dog. He’s had ongoing issues and the vets and nurses have been so kind, patient, and genuinely caring — the nurses treat him like their own. Couldn’t ask for better care, we’re so grateful for everything they do!
