I bought a Volvo XC90 from Bayswater in September through the salesperson Hamish. Since I’m based in Auckland, I could only ask about the car’s condition over the phone and by text. I was clearly told the car was in great condition, with no accidents or issues. Based on that, I paid a deposit before even seeing the car in person. If there was a zero star, I would probably give a negative zero. First time coming to this place as we usually go to Eurocity. Worst experience ever! Brought my car for service and WOF at 8am, went around 2:30pm and ask for an update and frontdesk said it was done. My car has not been groomed yet so I asked the frontdesk which came back to me that the car actually was not done yet and gave me the usual car groomer is away and the covering groomer was on break.
