Bayswater dental surgery it is a very good surgery no dought but they also can be totally the opposite I had my top denture done the dentist Mandy told me to goo back a few months later and when I tried to make an appointment I was and still refused good but no thanks.
APPALLING NHS Service - Negligent Care and Unacceptable Delays I had an utterly despicable experience as an NHS patient at this practice. This was outright negligence. Despite presenting with a recurring abscess and repeated infections, I was left without proper treatment for approximately three months and fobbed off with multiple courses of antibiotics (two initial rounds, then two different antibiotics the third time) instead of receiving the definitive care I desperately needed. Dr Raj is very helpful, Courageous and very efficient. His Lady Assistant is also efficient , competent and courageous. The lady at the Reception is very kind and courageous.
I came in for an emergency appointment as a referral from NHS 111 and left fully registered after a check-up ex-rays and a follow-up appointment. The staff and dentist were exceptionally lovely and I am so grateful to have found a lovely practice. Many thanks. Jenny
