Had an appointment 2 months ago, after examining me I was told a payment plan would be made for my treatment and sent to me in a week at most. I call 2 weeks later and was told that they’ll look into it asap and here I am today still waiting. Basically if you mention NHS there’s no chance of anyone taking you seriously at this dentist, so unless you’re paying privately to be seen then don’t bother (well at least that’s based on my personal experience and how I was made to feel). Excellent people.
This dentist looks all glitz and glamour, maybe for those who receive private treatment, but for NHS customers I found it a different story. After search for a new dentist, I was recommended this dental surgery. I had initial consultation with the main dentist he saw I had a lot work needed done as my teeth have been falling out. They booked me in with what they said the ‘NHS’ to make a plan. Dr Hannah is the best doctor ever she takes care of me very well and is well careful when doing the deep cleaning
