Probably some of the worst property managers I’ve ever had to deal with. Never in office during hours, “emergency line” is never answered, took MONTHS to get my number added for building access, roaches in the building, maintenance is nonexistent, was told the elevator would be fixed in 3 weeks (that was two years ago). When we moved in they said the elevator would be fixed in three weeks, and that was two years ago! They say no pets but dogs and cats are all over the building; they pick and choose who has to follow that rul... read more

Lived here for 3 years. Do not rent from apartment 5Q. The landlord is horrendously cheap and there was mold in the apartment which she refused to fix. There is mold in the hallways especially in the summertime but the landlord refused to fix the mold within the apartment.
