I visited Keystone Tile to pick up an order, and I was extremely impressed with the store. One of the staff members was very helpful and took the time to show me around the showroom. The place is absolutely huge and beautiful, with an incredible selection of tile, stone, and materials. Great service, friendly staff, and excellent product.
We visited this store back in spring to review tiles for our patio/pool area pavers. The sales rep told us to contact Alex at a Restoration pavers for installation. We contacted Alex, got a quote and paid half. Several weeks go by and Alex never showed up and did not return calls or text messages. We were ghosted and our down payment basically stolen. Please be advised.
