I transferred from valley womens when they closed down and I loved valley womens and I love baystate. Dr Thompson is incredible. Dr tang delivered 2 of my 3 babies and shes also awesome. Reception is kind and attentive. I call for an issue and im in that same day if not the next morning.

I too was a patient of Valley Women also was told “you are on waiting list.” When Valley Medical closed made it sound like it would not be problem to transfer care. I was patient of Dr. Tang absolutely loved her. Here we are almost two years later waiting to be seen, still on waiting list.

Transferred from Valley woman's, stayed with Dr Denham and still get great care. Only complaint, you check in one office and get seen next door office.

Also a “transfer” (aka never going to get an appointment) from Valley Women’s. Love my doctor, but it’s been 2 years since I’ve seen her. Last I heard (after calling multiple times from August-November), Baystate Women’s said they’d call me when an appointment was available. That was 8 months ago. Guess I’ll be looking for a new practice :(

I think the OB part is a bit better than the gyno part. I’m pregnant. I’m a high risk pregnancy and when I went in to see the dr, it was the dr that delivered my preemie baby born at 24 weeks. He was strong for 3 days and he passed unfortunately. But, she laid out a plan and it seems like they are going to be keeping a close eye on me. I’m also from valley women’s, Dr. Mikich. The only thing I don’t like is that I don’t see Dr. Thompson every visit until I’m 28 weeks cuz she’s booked. I do think they need a new system regard... read more
