This might gross people out but went there because I was urinating blood not a little there was a lot so went there freaking out waited in the ER for 12 hours and that’s no exaggeration they didn’t check my urinalysis until my 5th hour there so my answer to everyone is to stay far away from there if possible when it was ware hospital or wing hospital it was fantastic I never waited more than 25 min to be seen baystate takes over and it’s just like baystate hospital downtown worst experience in my life for hospital visit
Staff is unkind. They are unprofessional and always sleeping at the desk. Even taking patient trays.
I went in today with abdominal pain, and I felt like I was treated as if I were just seeking drugs. I was sent home after they couldn't find any reason for my pain based on a blood test. I only spoke to the doctor for two minutes, and he acted as though I was bothering him. If you're experiencing a problem, I would advise against going to this facility.
