My 98 year old dad was treated with respect and dignity and the care was exceptional. From the receptionist at the ER , the nurses (Allison and Anna) in the ER to the nurse and doctor on the 2nd floor where he was admitted to. Anete the nurse was attentive and friendly and Dr Kurbanova explained things thoroughly. Excellent care from all. I am very appreciative of their professionalism and care.
Only people in waiting room and it took 1 and a half hours just to be seen. Not impressed at all. Plus additional 2 hours to see ER doctor. Don't recommend them at all.
Jalanda at the primary care reception is great. So is the Dr. I saw today Jen something. Maria Ortega is my primary and is the best.
WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!!!!!! If I could give this place no stars I would, I was trying to get help in convenient care for antibiotics cause of a simple toothache. Supposedly convenient care was closed due to being full. So off to the ER to waste my time and theirs. All for antibiotics for a toothache. I get to the ER waiting room and while waiting to be seen I had overheard multiple people complain about simple symptoms that could have been taken care of up in Convenient Care. Went to Wing ER Saturday w/ severe abdominal pain. Was brought to triage given Covid test, temp,urine and blood then sent to the waiting room for 5ths. At hour 3 after crying in pain right in front of the front desk I asked for Tylenol for the pain. Was told I will ask then 5mins later the women left the hospital w/out asking. At hour 5 I left and went to Mercy where I had an emergency appendectomy. I will never go or recommend a Wing
