Staff was great and can honestly say I dont think it's their fault. Not enough space. I was there at noon and did not even get seen for 5 hours then was put in a hall. Waited another hour to be seen and waited for test results. I'd say this not a good place if you expect urgent care. One of things I CAN'T believe they don't tell people to quiet down in the waiting room!! People are talking loud like really loud. Talking on telephones etc the TV is so loud. I have just written down a conversation I've had with a physician there. This Dr is a bully. Its no wonder this hospital is rated 2.9. They don't know what they're doing. I've written to my family about this. This Dr thinks I, a 74yo female, can watch over my addicted to kratom sister. This is just not an option. Wish they'd transfer her to umass
Dr Spence was very rude and condescending. This was not the first time that my family has had negative interactions with him
