Absolutely unbelievable. I have NEVER been to a medical facility with such kind, listening, trustworthy, respectful individuals that truly care about and prioritize the health and comfort of both the patient and family members involved. This is Healthcare at its finest.
Had an amazing birthing experience here. My delivering nurse Kat was amazing and made me so comfortable. She's definitely an asset to baystate. All the other nurses in the birthing until and postpartum were so sweet as well. My first birth at mercy I had a horrible experience and I was afraid to give birth again and I let kat know about it and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They've keep telling my wife they'll get back to her about setting up an appointment, no matter how much she calls. It's been weeks, and they're still "busy". "Please call back in 10 days". A little transparency would be nice, instead of leading a pregnant woman around in circles.
I was seen yesterday for some chest pain I thought might be preclampsia. The nurse I had was absolutely amazing I wish I remembered her name but she was very sweet and caring and you could tell she puts time and effort into her job. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had a good experience. Probably the best experience I have had at baystate she definitely needs recognition for her hard work.
I had a lil sleep test some reason at the women’s hospital but my doctors name was Nathan and he made sure I was comfortable he was super nice and cool😎🥰
