Everyone’s very nice, great experience. EXCEPT the lady at the front desk. In the heart and vascular CARE unit. Very CONDESCENDING from the moment u exit the elevator. The moment she opened her mouth- very rude. Not to just me. I watched her do it to every patient after me. If u don’t like ur job why r u here? We r patients here for surgery, already nervous. Been trying to get a refill on a antibiotic dorrete gives me a hard time everytime i call. Went to pick up medical supplies asked for 4x4 gauze to go over venus ulcer before wrapping up someone sent wrong script i get nothing but a hard time im a type 2 diabetic and i get extra drainage at times i have mentioned on several occasions dorrete does not care nor does anyone else it seems like everyone there wants me to be admitted to the hospital they do not care about patients
