Well I can give one star because I have to right?! Mixed reviews as Dr. Alexander helped save my fathers life! But, when my father ended up back in the hospital I called the on call doctor. It was Dr. Daly. I never heard back from him! My father was battling Fouriers Gangrene and I never got a call back when I called Dr. Daly, who was the doctor on call. I had the date wrong and arrived a week early. The following week, I was greeted with a "Welcome back!" A cheerful staff is a big plus! No waiting, went right in and my expectations were exceeded.

The worst, most toxic medical office I've ever experienced. There is zero two-way communication or informed consent. Many of the staff are rude hostile impatient dismissive and condescending. You make an appointment and 2 weeks later you get a voicemail that they changed it without asking you. When you call the nurses number it's on speaker phone and people you don't know or have never met make comments. You can't contact anyone directly even if you're returning their call and no one seems to really know what's going on with... read more
