Very good experience with Dr Jones and her team. My treatment was years ago but I'm still doing well thanks to them.
The people who are running the office here and the lab they work with are COMPLETELY INEPT! Twice they couldn’t even detect a simple UTI/Bladder infection!! Thank God I had a backup women’s health doctor that I also went to at Trinity Health who detected & helped treat my infection both times! Had surgery with DR Kopscay at Baystate medical center. The procedures were explained to me with both visual aides and written material. She answered all my questions. The procedure went well and her office staff always called me back when I had a question about post op symptoms.
First, let me say the doctor and staff were great. My issue is when it came to billing, Baystate Medical Center sent me a bill and charged $854 for a "clinic visit". I paid my portion thinking that the bill was for the appointment. Only after I paid that did I get the actual bill for the visit and when I called to ask, they told me because it was at 3300 Main there's an additional facility charge! As far as I am concerned the charges are bogus and I will be looking elsewhere for health care in the future.
Getting through on the phones is ridiculous. I held for 11 minutes and thought something must be wrong, so I called back and help for another 15 minutes before I hung up...
