Warning!! The pharmacy and special liaisons DON'T communicate with each other!! I have been screwed over twice now and have been hit with huge amounts of owed bills. I have a credit card on file with them, and even though I attempt to have them charge that card, they don't. When I tell my liaison to charge my card on file before I hang up with them they say "okay", but then 4 months later I'm hit with a mega bill that I thought I already paid for! It’s Baystate that’s should tell you enough.
I work in healthcare and have a patient who needs a medication asap. I called Baystate, and the representative (Linda?) was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and proactive. The patient is able to pick up the medication today which is a huge relief as they are traveling out of the country tomorrow. Amazing service!
My new pharmacy. I don't really have any negative comments but I don't like it when you go in person and they make you broadcast your number and personal information to the entire waiting room.
