Love my new carpeting - the two installers were fabulous, polite, quick and nice. Kathy at Baystate Rug was patient with us and really helped us pick the perfect rug for our room. Now we are installing wood floors and again have reached out and gotten the best wood floors. So excited for these to be installed! Thanks again!
Notably good service experience I'm a local remodeling contractor and we do a lot of bathrooms & kitchens and many times I have taken my customers there to pick out flooring and Baystate Rug has always been helpful. They also have a very nice show room. Ray & Ty (Larry) are the best installers in the area. They do all my installs and are a great asset to Baystate.
