Now I understand why this facility has a 1-star rating. I have made multiple attempts in the last 2 weeks to call for my blood test results. I had a blood panel done 2 weeks ago. *They* are *supposed* to call *you.* Heaven forbid the patient not be saddled with the energy investment it takes just to get blood panel results, between multiple calls and being left on hold for unreasonably long periods of time (like 30+ minutes). This is on behalf of a family member. This place is an absolute disgrace. My family member had been diagnosed with lupus. They had to wait 6 months just to be seen. On their way they were stuck in traffic due to an accident. They called ahead and told the lady at the front desk what was happening. When she arrived 15 minutes late, she refused to open the door then told her she could not be seen when let in. She said it was their policy. And now she’ll have to wait until next year. Service was absolutely terrible. I have been having many unexplained medical problems for almost a year. The Dr. painfully and without warning tested my hyperfelixbility. Gave me a list of half a dozen things it could be, ordered zero tests with no follow up. A waste of time and now I have to wait another six months to see a rheumatologist who will do their job and try and figure out what's wrong.
