WARNING: If you have an elderly Mother with mobility problems, do not bring her to Baystate Reference Labs. They will not be willing to assist you with the collection of samples. The Baystate Adult Medicine Clinic didn't care about the issue either. Also don't bother complaining to the main office, they will not respond to you. I never thought I would see my Mother discriminated against because of her age, and mobility problems, but that's what happened.
