2 stars because they just do not go outside to the main waiting area to call patients, I’m seating here today and there are like 4-5 families waiting for over an hour.

Gregory is the best phlebotomist at this location. Respect him and come early he the man.
This relates to a visit recently to Suite 3A the gastroenterology department of this building. To make a long story short there was an issue with one of the prescriptions resulting in multiple phone calls to their office with each call ending in them telling me they would contact me by the end of the day to resolve the issue. Not once did they call back. I guess professionalism is a thing of the past in 2025.
