The employees are friendly and make your visit very pleasant. I love interacting with their staff.
South Hadley Lab Corp phlebotomists were horrible. One struggled to find a vein so I asked for someone else to try. She was worse. Pressed the needle into my hand the whole time she was drawing blood. Very painful with a huge bruise.
Not sure if it's open as the phone number provided moves me to LabCorp and being in Chicopee the directory sends me to "the closest" in Westfield. Not sure. Will update if I can actually be seen there
Baystate Labs changed to LabCorp. Service was slow and inadequate.
Small lab but big in a good patient service.
