Terrible. My husband just waited twenty minutes without any acknowledgement. Stood at the window but the phlebotomist ignored him. There was supposed to be a sign-in sheet but not there, only pens. Definite attitude of arrogance. Won’t go back there.
Very nice place to get labs done. Waiting time is always brief. It is almost a pleasure to go there.
They call constantly and leave no message.. when I called them, they knew who was calling .. when I asked for the office manager to address the multitude of calls, I was hung up on. .. then they wouldn’t take my calls. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!! … CAUTION
It was a great few years of my life. I recommend Evan Shopper as a therapist for childern and teens.
