The staff is very competent and courteous. The complaint I have is about the Billing department. I got several collection letters for bills that supposedly I did not pay. The fact is that I never got invoices from BRL. Instead of sending four reminders, BRL sent my bills directly to the collection company. Of course this affects my credit score.
