The woman who takes my blood is excellent; however, the laboratory itself, which obviously has hired incompetent people, is negligent. I've been waiting for 2 months re my lab reports that were to be sent out-of-state. They never sent the report. This is the 2nd time. Their claim is that the lab on the receiving end said they'd had problems with their fax machine. For 2 months???? It's simple deductive reasoning.
