They have hited a new staff in the past year that are completely unprofessional and untrained. I’ve bee there 2 times in the past 6 months and both times, the 2 different phlebotomist didn’t know what they were doing. Jabbed me 3 times and left me with a huge bruise and clot. They look like they just rolled out of bed! Get better people!
They don’t keep to their posted hours so call ahead. I’m here 10 minutes prior to closing and the door is locked and lights are off.
When I went for bld wk, no one was in the office to greet. So no one saw me waiting. I could hear 2/3 people in the back laughing and talking. I waited probably 15/20 minutes before a woman walked out and left. I waited another 10 min or so before anyone bothered to come out to see if anyone was waiting. Meanwhile, another patient arrived. Seriously, you don't open until 8:30 AM...how is anyone going to do a fasting bloodwork?
Terrible system of checking in!! Is this necessary for repeat users???
