I am still in the parking lot ready to go home at base State Medical Center. I had a CAT scan and I can’t believe it’s over. Every single person right down to the volunteers are so nice and helpful. I am going to try to change my doctors and all my appointments to Baystate. Medical Center, this place is amazing. I would recommend coming here 100%

I have had two delightfully positive experiences getting CT scans at Baystate Franklin. I ended up there in order to get the first available appointment. Appointments at the end of day go amazingly fast and everyone from the front desk staff to the CT tech is super friendly. I've been in and out in less than 20 minutes both times.
