I have no complaints about this office, Dr Bonga and staff have been amazing very personable and kind. I highly recommend Baystate pediatric cardiologist.
This place is awful! They call themselves a "pediatric cardiology" specialist clinic, yet ONLY take pediatric lipid-related appointments 1 day per month! This is garden variety consult stuff and any pediatric specialist should be able to do this in their sleep (i.e. it will result in a simple statin prescription). I have spent hours and 10 calls to schedule an appointment.
