Twice now. No bloodwork was ever ordered. Both times I called the office to confirm if they sent it in and both times they said they did. I show up to the lab and they can’t find me or my order. They try every different combination of my name birthday ID and they cannot find me or my order. I have a job. I have other kids. I need to schedule child care so I can go out to these appointments and labs. Whatever system is being used needs to be looked into because it’s ridiculous and should not be happening.

I have been a patient at this practice for quite some time my Dr.Thompson K all the MDs/NPs are aware of my medical history and ongoing IVF journey. As an older woman trying to conceive through IVF, my case is understandably complex and emotionally challenging. The journey itself is not straightforward, and coordination of care is already difficult. All I requested was for Dr. Thompson to order a simple blood test. The ABSOLUTE WORST clinic in all Massachusetts. You guys take the trophy. Didn’t matter which doctor, which nurse, even the ultrasound techs were all so terrible, no bedside manner, rushing through appts, giving wrong meds, not listening to my concerns, not caring. Even front desk with their many scheduling mistakes. No one in that clinic is worth my money, my insurance money or my baby’s care.
