Donna, who I believe is one of the triage nurses (she always returns my calls to triage) deserves a huge shoutout. Calling and asking a sensitive question about your sexual or reproductive health can be anxiety-inducing, but Donna makes it quite hard to feel anxious when reaching out. She handles even what you would think would be the silliest of questions (believe me, I’ve had quite a few) with grace, expertise, warmth and kindness. Besides the fact that I was asked to the job of office staff, after I did nobody called to schedule me an appointment and it's been a week. I called back about not receiving a call they STILL didn't schedule me an appointment in the meantime I get to sit around and suffer with something that is very much treatable (from what it says online) and would finally get relief from the horrible side effects I'm having.
